Programme Terms & Conditions
A referral is considered successful when the new client signs a Full Management or Guaranteed Rent contract with Cyprus Horizons for at least 12 months and the property has been active for 90 days. Referrers will receive €100 after the first guest check-in, with the remainder paid once the property has been live for 90 days. Only properties not owned or co-owned by the referrer are eligible. Rewards are paid via bank transfer to the account provided within 30 days of qualification. Cyprus Horizons reserves the right to amend or cancel the programme at any time without notice. Any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Cyprus.
